US 101 southbound lanes open in Pismo Beach after fallen tree shuts down roadway
U.S. Highway 101 in Pismo Beach was closed down Thursday night after a tree fell onto the roadway.
The incident happened just after 10 p.m. Both southbound lanes of Highway 101 were closed at Shell Beach Road. The roadway has since reopened, according to Caltrans.
It’s unclear what caused the tree to fall down. No further details were immediately known.
