Resurfacing project to begin in Santa Maria

A major resurfacing project starts a week from today in Santa Maria.

Construction crews are paving SR-135 from Lake View Road to McCoy Lane.

Motorists will encounter one-way reversing traffic, but delays are not expected to exceed 10 minutes during the project.

Construction will take place Monday through Thursday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. On Friday work will begin at 8:00 a.m. and last through 3 p.m.

This project is expected to be completed by the end of October 2017.
