San Marcos Eliminated by Top Seed North Torrance

As a CIF Division 4 wild card team, San Marcos had been a big hit in these playoffs winning three games to get to the quarterfinals.

But star pitcher Alyssa Loza ended the magic for the Royals by throwing a no-hitter as top-seed North Torrance won 4-0 to reach the semifinals.

Loza showed why she is Arizona State-bound.

San Marcos finishes 19-11 for the year.
