Roads Expected To Be Busy with Memorial Day Travel

AAA projects that more than 38 million Americans will travel this Memorial Day weekend. That is the second-highest Memorial Day travel volume on record.

AAA says because of the lowest Memorial day gas prices in more than a decade about 700,000 more people will travel this year compared to last year.

If you want to miss the worse traffic times on the roads avoid traveling Friday afternoon through evening and Monday late afternoon through evening, according to the traffic app Waze.
