Bishop Diego Football Ready for Saturday’s Alumni Game
They are having fun but they are also taking Saturday’s game seriously.
Bishop Diego football has had a good turnout for their Alumni football game against rival Carpinteria.
The Warriors have some big names on their roster like former star Fresno State quarterback Richie Donati and on the defensive side, Thor Schmidt was all Big Ten at Northwestern.
Dubbed the War on the Shore IV, the game is a fundraiser for both athletic departments. The last game was in 2008 and it raised around 20 thousand dollars for each program.
