Ventura Pier Reopens Saturday
The Ventura Pier will reopen this Saturday. The pier has been closed since December 11, 2015 when 20′ high waves damaged the pier.
The damage included 20 lost timber piles, 19 loose piles, and loss of 40% of the steel and wooden cross bracings.
After four months of extensive repair work, it is now ready to be reopened.
The grand re-opening will be this Saturday at 10am at the entry gates on the Ventura pier.
