Cambria May Loosen Water Restrictions
Recent storms may soon change Cambria’s water usage policy to allow people to use water on outdoor landscaping.
Cambria Community Services District held a public hearing on Thursday afternoon to amend the policy.
The amount of water each home can use per month would remain the same and bans would still be in place for washing cars, streets and other hard-surfaced areas using potable water.
The Board was split in allowing this amendment but agreed more drought data was needed andunanimously decided to postpone a decision until their next meeting in January.
