Lompoc Gang Members Arrested In Alleged Attack
Lompoc police have arrested nine people suspected in a gang related attack.
The suspects range between the ages of 19 to 24 years old, and two others are juveniles.
They were arrested after a lengthy investigation by the Gang Narcotics Enforcement Team. Eight of the 9 suspects are known gang members.
On October 16th, the group allegedly attacked a man at the intersection of West Maple Avenue and North m Street in Lompoc, police said.
They also said several of the suspects used weapons as well as repeatedly kicked and punched the victim while he was on the ground.
Seven of the suspects were booked into Lompoc City Jail and held on $150,000 bail.
The two juveniles were taken to Santa Maria Juvenile Hall.
