Kids Get Up Close With Animals at Zoo Camp

This summer, kids in Santa Barbara are getting to take summer camp to a whole new level.

Boys and girls ages 3 to 12 get to learn about animals in the best place to see them: the Zoo.

Some of the activities range from getting to see creatures up close and personal to feeding them and making lifelong friendships.

There’s still time to jump on the train as Zoo Camp runs through August 22.

All camps have a lunch option available, and Summer Zoo Camp offers an extended day care option.

Times:

Morning Session: for Jr. Rangers (3-5) and Explorers (6-8) – 8:00 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
Afternoon Session: for Jr. Rangers (3-5) and Explorers (6-8) – 11:45 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Full-Day Session: for Explorers (6-8) and Conservation Crew (9-12) – 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Cost:

Morning Session: $185 SB Zoo Member/ $225 Non-member
Afternoon Session: $185 SB Zoo Member/ $225 Non-member
Full-Day Session: $245 SB Zoo Member/ $295 Non-member

Extended Day: extended afternoon (4:00 – 5:15 p.m.) for Afternoon and Full-Day camps – $60/wk
