Police looking for suspect near Shoreline Park

Santa Barbara police and Harbor Patrol are looking for a suspect near Shoreline Park in Santa Barbara.

The man was spotted by Harbor Patrol and then a pursuit began around 11 a.m. Wednesday.

Officers created a perimeter at Shoreline Park. Sgt. Riley Harwood said the man has a warrant outstanding for felony burglary.

A Harbor Patrol boat is also staged in the water looking for the suspect. Officers have brought in K9 units to search caverns along the bluff.
