Fillmore Day Of Service

Residents in a city known for its railroad are going to clean up the tracks this weekend.Former Mayor Roger Campbell says this will be the first project for a new non-profit called “Communities Building Together.”Campbell says they will paint over graffiti along the tracks.They want train lovers and tourists to see the best that Fillmore has to offer.The first ever Fillmore Day of Service will take place from 8 a.m. until noon tomorrow.Volunteers can meet at the Fillmore City Hall if they want to help.Supplies and lunch will be provided.Share your comments about this story with us on the KEY News Facebook page.
