Comedian Chelsea Handler to perform in Paso Robles, chance to win four tickets

PASO ROBLES, Calif. – Comedian, TV host, author and activist Chelsea Handler appeared live on News Channel 3-12 Monday morning to talk about her tour that will be coming to Paso Robles later this month.
