Super Tuesday: Lompoc voters decide on Measure I

LOMPOC, Calif. - Lompoc voters are deciding on Measure I.

The measure will ask voters to decide whether the city of Lompoc should raise its sales tax by 1%.

This would increase the tax from 7.75% to 8.75%.

The increased sales tax would boost declining revenue as major expenses loom ahead.
