Exhibit entries arrive in preparation for Ventura County Fair

VENTURA COUNTY, Calif.-The Ventura County Fair is a week away.

Volunteers spent the day accepting entries that had been preregistered through an online entry guide.

The entries include fine arts, crafts, preserves and photography.

Baked good will arrive and be judged early next week.

Each entrant receives a participation ribbon.  

The items will be judged and displayed at the Ventura County Fairgrounds, also known as Seaside Park in Ventura between Aug. 2-13.

The theme “A Country Fair with Ocean Air" is back again this year.
