2-year old skater gaining momentum at Skater’s Point in Santa Barbara

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - He's possibly one of the youngest skaters in Santa Barbara.

His name is Benny Barbieri.

He's only two years old and rides his skooter across Skater's Point every week.

His father Diego Barbieri said the boy started skating since he was just 15 months old.

Benny said he likes to skate "fast."

So far, no one can get him to slow down.

"We'll see where it goes ... next he'll probably learn surfing," said Barbieri.

Benny turned two in February.
