CAMBRIA SCARECROW FESTIVAL | STARTS SUNDAY UNTIL OCTOBER 31, 2017
Now in its ninth year, the Cambria Scarecrow Festival has grown into a community-wide event with hundreds of scarecrows bowling, bathing, painting, pedaling, fishing and flying through Cambria, San Simeon and Harmony.

CHUMASH INTER-TRIBAL POW WOW | SATURDAY & SUNDAY | LIVE OAK CAMPGROUND, SANTA YNEZ Native American dancing, singing and drumming will be on display during the 22nd Annual Chumash Inter-Tribal Pow Wow this weekend. The public is invited to Live Oak Campground in Santa Ynez on Saturday and Sunday to enjoy the event and honor Native American tradition and culture. The Ventura County Star Food and Wine Experience will be from one to four in the afternoon on Sunday. Dozens of local restaurants, wineries and craft brewers will be serving up their best stuff. You can also watch special guests Martha Stewart and Duff Goldman whip up some recipes. The grand tasting event is $85, for an extra fee you can participate in a special meet and greet event. All attendees will have to park off-site and shuttle in.
