San Luis Obispo Fire crews battle small vegetation fire

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. – The San Luis Obispo City Fire Department responded to a small vegetation fire near Tank Farm Road and Santa Fe Road just before 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, according to the fire department.

Arriving crews reported that there were telephone poles on fire, and the incident commander added that pallets were also involved in the fire.

The fire was first reported just before 11:15 a.m., according to incident response pages.

The small vegetation fire was roughly 10x30 feet, according to the fire department.

Crews on scene were initiating a fire attack and advised residents to avoid the area.
