Santa Barbara Fair & Expo Open For Fun

“Let’s Get Mooving” is the theme of the 26th annual Santa Barbara Fair and Expo.

Cows decorate the entrance. The idea is to stay active while you enjoy the fair rides and games before you dig into to all the fair food.

The bright lights of the fair can be seen from U.S. 101 freeway by the Earl Warren Showgrounds.

One man won a stuffed tiger for his girlfriend by throwing darts at balloons.

He said he comes to the fair every year. He is not alone. The fair was packed on its opening night on Wednesday.

It closed at 10 p.m., but the hours are extended on the weekend.
