Fiesta Pequena Puts Spotlight on Young Dancers
Colored spotlights gave the Old Mission a glow as young dancers performed historic dances during La Fiesta Pequena Wednesday night.
The show, broadcast live on NewsChannel 3, included hundreds of dancers from Los Angeles to San Luis Obispo Counties.
Some people saved their seats before dawn.
They enjoyed watching Spanish classical, Mexican folklorico dances as well as musical acts.
Camarillo White Horses also made a special appearance to remind people of the history of fiesta. Old Spanish Days is marking its 90th year with a focus on history.
And flower girls lined the stage carrying Gerber daisies.
