Fire crews respond to vehicle fire in Santa Barbara foothills

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - Firefighters are at the scene of an apparent vehicle fire in Santa Barbara Thursday morning.

The fire is reported along the 1900 block of North San Marcos Road. It started around 7:40 a.m. and visible smoke could be seen from the city center. As of 8:05 a.m. the smoke was no longer visible.
