San Luis Obispo County Fire responding to vehicle fire near junction of Highway 101 and 58

SANTA MARGARITA, Calif.– San Luis Obispo County Fire Department is responding to a vehicle fire near the Highway 58 on-ramp off of Highway 101.

According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP), a vehicle on the right-hand side of Highway 101 is fully engulfed in flames.

Traffic is currently backed up to the San Luis Obispo side of the grade while the number 2 lane remains open detail CHP.
