Ventura Superior Court resumes misdemeanor pre-trial settlement calendar

VENTURA, Calif. -- Ventura Superior Court announce that they will resume the misdemeanor pre-trials settlement calendar on Wednesday.

Ventura Superior Court Presiding Judge Kent Kellegrew has issued Amended Administrative Order 20.16: Implementation of Emergency Relief in Response to COVID-19.

The resumption will begin on Wednesday.

The Court will authorize the court clerk to begin processing and filing additional documents in criminal, family law, proofs of service along with all filing by the Department of Child Support Services and civil.

The resumption will be the first steps as the Ventura Superior Court prepares to ease back after months of pandemic-related closures.
