CHP asking for help to locate at-risk missing man

VENTURA COUNTY, Calif. - The California Highway Patrol issued a silver alert Monday night. They said 84-year-old Cesar Mendoza was last seen about 8:30 p.m on Sunday in Ojai.

The alert was issued for Ventura, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara and Kern Counties.

Mendoza was last seen wearing a navy blue baseball cap, gray hooded jacket, white t-shirt, gray sweatpants and beige sandals, the CHP said.

Mendoza is believed to be driving a white 2011 Toyota Corolla, License plate 6UOG932.

If you see him, call 911.
