Oxnard Police search for missing dependent adult

Raymond Aragon returned home after going missing on Thursday in Oxnard.

OXNARD, Calif. - The Oxnard Police Department is requesting help from the community as they search for a man who never returned home after going for a walk on Wednesday.

The missing man, identified as Raymond Aragon, has dementia and reportedly has trouble finding his way home. He currently lives on the 4400 block of Justin Way.

Aragon was last seen walking to a nearby store around 5 p.m. on Jan. 1.

Aragon is described as a Hispanic male, 68 years old, 5' 8" tall and weighing about 131 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a blue shirt and blue jeans.

Anyone who has seen Aragon or has any information about his possible whereabouts is encouraged to contact the Oxnard Police Department at (805) 385-7740 or call 911.
