County Recorders’ Association of California elects new president from Ventura County

VENTURA, Calif. - The County Recorders' Association of California unanimously elected Ventura County's Mark Lunn as their new president during their annual conference on Friday.

“I am honored to be elected to lead such a respected organization by my peers,” said Lunn.

Lunn will begin his two-year term as President in January and has the privilege of kicking off the 110th year of the Association's existence.

The County Recorders' Association of California has around 350 members who represent all 58 California counties committed to providing excellent public service, protecting the integrity of records and attaining uniformity when performing mandated duties.

Currently, Lunn works with the Ventura County Clerk-Recorder, Registrar of Voters.

The Association said that Lunn will be overseeing all administrative, legislative and policy directives during his presidency.
