Landscaping work will close #3 lane, off-ramp at Fairview in Goleta

GOLETA, Calif. - The commute through Goleta may be a little slower than normal Thursday. Caltrans is doing some landscape work and closing portions of the .

The No. 3 lane and off-ramp will be closed at Fairview Avenue. The closure is scheduled to last from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.. Northbound drivers can use the exit at South Patterson Avenue or Los Carneros Road as alternatives.

Delays are not expected to be more than 15 minutes.

Caltrans reminds motorists to move over and slow down when driving through highway construction zones.
