Vehicle rolls over on Highway 101 Northbound in Oxnard, major injuries

OXNARD, Calif. - Ventura County CHP and the Ventura County Fire Department responded to a vehicle that rolled over on the North Rose Avenue offramp of Highway 101 Sunday afternoon resulting in major injuries.

The accident was reported at 3:07 p.m. The vehicle reportedly rolled over and landed wheels down.

The vehicle is believed to be a Toyota Scion.

The Fire Department sent one ambulance and one engine to the scene to treat a patient with major injuries.

We do not yet know how many people were injured in the crash or if there were any other cars involved.

Ventura County CHP is investigating the cause of the incident
