Caltrans District 5 re-opens second lane on southbound Highway 101 starting Tuesday

SANTA BARBARA COUNTY, Calif. – On Monday evening, Caltrans District 5 announced the re-opening of a second lane of southbound Highway 101 to accommodate closures on Highway 154.

The lane closure on Highway 101 for a paving project has been pushed back to a later date explained the transportation agency.
