Woman’s body recovered from Lake Cachuma
SANTA BARBARA COUNTY, Calif. - The body of a woman who drowned at Lake Cachuma was recovered early Sunday evening.
Santa Barbara County Fire responded to the call for a missing person around 5:15 p.m.
Two engines and a helicopter were among the units to respond to the scene.
After searching, they found a 30-year-old woman in about 20 feet of water.
Emergency services were provided, but she was pronounced dead at the scene.
The woman's identity has not been released at this time.
