MONTECITO, Calif. - Millions of dollars will be spent to rebuild Montecito roads.

The Board of Supervisors dedicated $10.1 million Monday to repair roads that were damaged during the 2018 mudslides.

The money is part of a more than $28 million settlement with Southern California Edison.

The utility's equipment started the Thomas Fire, which later triggered the mudslides.

The funding will go towards 60 sections of road that are considered a high-priority.
