County agencies provide sandbags for the upcoming winter season

MONTECITO, Calif. -- Montecito Fire Department will be offering sand and sandbags to Montecito Residents on Tuesday.

These sandbags are provided ahead of the 2019-2020 winter season.

Montecito residents will be able to pick them ip at Lower Manning Park at 449 San Ysidro Road in Montecito.

Other sandbag locations include:

• Santa Barbara County Flood Control - 4568 County Road, Santa Barbara
• Fire Station 11 - 6901 Frey Way, Goleta
• Fire Station 14 - 320 North Los Carneros Road, Goleta
• Goleta Valley Community Center - 5679 Hollister Avenue, Goleta
• Santa Maria Flood Control Shop - 912 West Foster Road, Santa Maria
• Oxnard City's Corporate Yard - 1060 Pacific Avenue Building #3, Oxnard
  
  Sand is also available at Lower Manning Park in Montecito.
