Fundraising page setup for family of Nipomo teen killed in house fire

NIPOMO, Calif. - A Go Fund Me page has been setup to help the family of a teenager who died in a house fire on November 2.

San Luis Obispo County Supervisor Lynn Compton organized the fundraising page. Carly Krauk, 17, died when her home caught fire in the early morning hours. Two other people in the home were injured. The cause of the fire is under investigation.

Krauk graduated from Nipomo High School last spring and was headed to Grand Canyon University in Phoenix in January to start her college career.

Carly is survived by her parents, Denice and Tim as well as her brothers Tim and Jack. The Go Fund Me page has a goal of $50,000 to help this grieving family.
