SANTA BARBARA, Calif. — Santa Barbara's Juneteenth Festival is coming up on Saturday, June 15th. Local Artist and Producer is performing live at the event. Brandon Kelley, also known as "Brayell" joined The Morning News Monday to discuss his music, his journey, and the upcoming festival.
