SANTA BARBARA, Calif. – The 24th annual "World of Pinot Noir" event kicks off at the Ritz-Carlton Bacara on Thursday. Executive Director Stacie Jacob visited the Morning News to preview the event. The three-day event features wine tasting, food, entertainment, and gives the local economy a great boost.
