| Why are you running for office?: | My motivation is to serve our residents and to specifically address their challenges in keeping our city beautiful, safe and thriving as a community. |
| What makes you qualified for the job?: | I have lived in the Pismo Beach/5 Cities area most of my life and raised my children here. Recently, we built a home in Shell Beach. This gave me the opportunity to work and communicate with the city of Pismo Beach in many departments including planning, building, engineering and public works. Additionally, as President of the Sunset Beach Estates HOA, I assisted in working with the Coastal Commission to open a new Shell Beach staircase. I am excited to continue my involvement with the city with the focus of serving our residents and visitors as a city council member. |
| What are your two main priorities if you win?: | My objective is to achieve a balance in preserving our neighborhoods and at the same time welcome our visitors to our community of Pismo Beach. |
| How will you interact with other governments?: | I will use all facets of communication with other governments along with persistence in keeping the communication lines open. |
| What are your plans to help overcome COVID-19?: | My plans to help overcome COVID-19 is 100% adherence to the CDC guidelines and keeping updated with scientific findings. |
| Which two issues are most important to you?: | COVID-19 and Black Lives Matter. |
