Cops and Kids Field Day in Arroyo Grande

Young people had a "field day" on Sunday in Arroyo Grande as part of San Luis Obispo County's annual "Cops & Kids Field Day."

Young people gathered with their families from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Sunday at the Soto Sports Complex in Arroyo Grande.

Kids met #CountyofSLO Sheriff’s deputies and local police officers and also get to check out service equipment.

Free tee shirts, hot dogs, cotton candy, and popcorn were served.

Cuesta College Police also tweeted about the event, saying it was a beautiful day in Arroyo Grande to go and meet local law enforcement.
