The City of Goleta reminds local residents that potential power shut offs may occur Sunday night between 6 p.m. to midnight in the Goleta area.

Southern California Edison may shut off power depending on weather conditions in the area to prevent potential wild fires.

The outage could potentially last more than 48 hours.

The Ace and Trump circuits lie next to each other and they cover neighborhoods mostly north of the 101 between Los Caneros and Winchester Canyon/Hollister Avenue.
