Rollover crash near Windy Gap causes traffic backup on Highway 154
A single car rollover crash caused a major backup on Highway 154 Wednesday afternoon.
It happened at 12:49 p.m. near the Windy Gap area in the San Marcos Pass.
One person was taken to a local hospital by an ambulance, the extent of their injuries was not immediately known.

The northbound and southbound lanes of Highway 154 were blocked for a short time while crews worked to move the car out of the way.
As of 1:26 p.m., both lanes were reopened.
Santa Barbara County Fire Public Information Officer Daniel Bertucelli said the resulting backup in both directions of Highway 154 would be significant throughout the day.
