Carpinteria IHOP employee shares meal, conversation with homeless man
A local act of kindness that’s tugging on everyone’s heartstrings.
Cindy Jimenez posted photos on her Facebook page Monday that she took just outside of the IHOP in Carpinteria.
Jimenez says she noticed an IHOP employee sitting down on the grass with a man who appeared to be homeless.
They talked for a while before realizing the man only had some bread to eat.
The employee brought him out some food and coffee.
The post has hundreds of likes and shares. And, hopefully this IHOP employee gets the recognition he deserves.
