Ventura County man wins $150,000 sports car at Chumash Casino
A Newbury Park man drove away in an expensive new set of wheels Sunday night after winning a $150,000 sports car from Chumash Casino.
The winner, identified simply as Dean D., took home a Maserati GranTurismo as part of the casino’s quarterly grand prize giveaway. The expensive car had been on display at the casino entrance for the past three months.
Dean says he’s been stopping at the Chumash Casino for 25 years when passing through for business or to relax after work.
This is not Dean’s first brush with good fortune, he says he won $2,000 while on a cruise trip and has even hit a $1,400 jackpot at the same casino.
The Chumash Casino regularly give away cars to visitors of the casino.
