Emotional day as JR Waters signs with the University of Oregon
He committed to the University of Oregon months ago but it was still an emotional morning at Oxnard High School as senior JR Waters made it official during the Early Signing Period.
In front of family and friends Waters signed with the Oregon Ducks.
The 6’3 wide receiver caught 15 touchdowns for a Yellowjackets team that advanced to their first CIF title game in 90 years.
Waters averaged over 25 yards per reception.
