Overturned semi-truck shuts down southbound 101 freeway in San Luis Obispo
A major accident involving an overturned semi-truck has shut down the southbound side of Highway 101 south of Los Osos Valley road in San Luis Obispo Thursday morning.
According to Caltrans, the southbound lanes of U.S. Highway 101 are closed south of Los Osos Valley Road in San Luis Obispo following a traffic accident involving an overturned big-rig truck that occurred at 8:30 a.m. Thursday. It is not known when this section of the freeway will re-open.
Northbound U.S. Highway 101 remains open but traffic is moving slowly.
