Woman walks away with single mother’s purse in Lompoc
Surveillance video shows the moment a woman walks away with a shopping cart with a purse in it at a 99 cent store in Lompoc on Friday.
The single mother says she was walking out of the 99 cent store when all of a sudden her daughter ran into the parking lot. The mother took the groceries and accidentally left her purse in the shopping cart.

The single mother says in addition to credit cards and her driver’s license, her late husbands’ ID card was also in the purse.
