Kick off the first weekend of fall at a cornhole tournament in Atascadero. The family fun event has a little something for everyone. The first toss will be at 10 am at the Sunken Gardens in Atascadero.

TASTE & SOUNDS OF OLD TOWN | SATURDAY 1 – 4PM | HOLLISTER & MAGNOLIA, GOLETA
Experience the taste and sounds of old town at Goleta’s first food and music festival. Taking place this Saturday from one to four, the festival gives people a chance to explore the cuisine, beer and wine offered by local restaurants as well as live music by Spencer The Gardener.

NATIONAL PUBLIC LANDS DAY | MANNING PARK, MONTECITO | SATURDAY 8AM – 1:30PM
Recognize National Public Lands Day by helping clean up and restore some of our local trails. Volunteers are encouraged to spend Saturday repairing the fire and debris damaged community trails. The trail work this Saturday will be San Ysidro, Buena Vista and Cold Springs. If you want to help, meet at Manning Park in Montecito at 8 AM.

MONTECITO MOTOR CLASSIC | SUNDAY 9AM – 3PM | COAST VILLAGE ROAD, MONTECITO
Car show fans should head to Montecito this Sunday. The Montecito Motor Classic features an array of rare and distinguished cars. In it’s seventh year it is celebrating the Model A and Porsche. While admission is free, sponsorships, vehicle entry fees and a launch party auction help raise funds for the Police Activities League, the Santa Barbara Police Foundation and Drag Racing Against Gangs and Graffiti.
