Throw on your cowboy boots and head to Ventura this weekend if you want to enjoy beer and country music. The boots and brews country music festival is this Saturday at Plaza Park. Montgomery Gentry, Deana Carter and Sundance Head are just a few of the star-studded country music lineup.

ENDLESS SUMMER DREAM | SUNDAY 4 – 7 PM | NESBITT ESTATE, SUMMERLAND
A runway show for a good cause is taking place at the beautiful Nesbitt Estate in Summerland this Sunday. The endless summer dream theme will feature several summer wear brands as well as fashion mogul Jimmy Sommers of Wildfox Couture. Besides the fashion, from four to seven guest can enjoy live music, local food, and drinks. Our very own Chief Meteorologist Alan Rose is the emcee, all proceeds help the Dream Foundation grant final dreams for terminally ill adults and their families.

COASTAL CLEANUP DAY | SATURDAY 9 AM – NOON | ANY LOCAL BEACH
If you want to spend part of your weekend giving back head to the beach. This Saturday is Coastal Cleanup Day, all you have to do is go to your favorite beach and start cleaning up trash. CALIFORNIA BEER FESTIVAL | SUNDAY NOON TO 5 PM | PLAZA PARK, DOWNTOWN VENTURA
Experience craft beer heaven beer sampling with 85+ beers on tap, food trucks and live music at the California Beer Festival. In it’s tenth and final year, the festival will end on a memorable music note with live performances by Sir Mix A Lot, Tone-Loc and Color Me Badd. You must be 21 years to enjoy all the fun this Sunday at Plaza Park in Ventura.
