Legends Bike Rally commemorates 9/11
Some of the most influential people in the local cycling scene along the coast took part in a ride to commemorate 9/11.
They called it the Legends Bike Rally for 9/11.
Participants rode around the Dolphin Fountain in Santa Barbara and then headed toward Leadbetter Beach.
Cycling champion Tim “Timtanium” Lewis said they got the idea on Monday night and spread the word to cyclists of all ages.
Lewis said he will never forget 9/11 and he hopes rides like this one will continue.
