Santa Barbara County creates survey to help improve emergency messaging

The County of Santa Barbara wants community input.

They have released a survey that they are hoping will improve their emergency alert system.

It is aimed at improving emergency messaging to residents before, during and after disasters.

The survey is available now and can be found on the County of Santa Barbara website as well as readysbc.org.

Residents have until September 16, 2018, to respond.
