Police searching for Santa Barbara parking lot car thief

Santa Barbara police are asking the community for help identifying a man they say is involved in several car burglaries in City Parking Lot 02 on Chapala and W. Canon Perdido streets.

The crimes happened on August 23, 2018. Police say the pictured suspect was working with a second man who was described as a Hispanic male adult in his early 20’s, no facial hair, short black hair, acne scars on his face, with a large nodule on his forehead.

The suspect vehicle is a Ford Flex with paper plates.
