Thousands turn out for Pacific Pride Festival in Santa Barbara

The Pacific Pride Foundation (PPF) held its annual Pacific Pride Festival at Chase Palm Park on Saturday.

Thousands of people of all backgrounds and faith showed up to support the LGBTQ + community to focus on their strengths, what bonds them together, and to work towards a brighter future.

This year’s theme is “With Pride We Rise.”

The festival began with a Pride Rally and featured several speakers, including local lawmakers. There were also multiple performances.

PPF provides programs and services to more than 10,000 people in Santa Barbara County, and is the largest LGBTQ+ center between Los Angeles and San Francisco.
