80-year-old Santa Maria man faces child molestation charges
Santa Maria police arrested an 80-year-old man accused of child molestation.
Santa Maria resident Benjamin Hernandez, 80, is behind bars and faces child molestation charges after detectives with the Santa Maria Police Department took him into custody following a police investigation into the matter.
The investigation is ongoing and detectives are asking anyone with information on this crime, or any other potential victims, to call Detective Murillo at 805-928-3781 ext. 2139.
